Scope of Services

Our website offers an online platform where users can search for and book flights, accommodations, car rentals, travel activities, and other services. Upon booking, customers will receive a confirmation via email.
Please note that many services are provided directly by independent service providers and not by our employees, agents, or subcontractors. Billion Destinations acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for any actions, omissions, or services provided by such third parties.
Information displayed on our Website is based on data provided by service providers, who are solely responsible for updating pricing, availability, terms, and other relevant content. While we aim to verify and maintain accurate information, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current.

Payments

Customers must make payments only to the official company account under the name Billion Destinations Co., Ltd. Payments made to other individuals or entities are not our responsibility.
Sales staff will provide all relevant documents and payment instructions. Once payment is made, customers must notify the company using the official channels listed above, including payment details. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without prior notice.
Credit card payments can only be made at our office. Full charges are applied upon booking confirmation. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the specific booking conditions.
We do not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

Cancellations and No-Show Policy

By placing a booking, you agree to the cancellation and no-show policies of the service provider, as stated on the Website and in your booking confirmation email.
Some prices or promotions may be non-refundable or non-changeable, and cancellation fees may apply. Please review all booking terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional fees due to no-shows or service provider actions.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for denial of entry by immigration authorities, both abroad and in Thailand, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
  • We are not responsible for force majeure events including but not limited to flight cancellations, delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or riots.
  • We may assist in claims against hotels or transport providers for lost baggage, but are not liable for any losses.
  • Unused services during the trip, whether in full or part, are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to modify the travel itinerary as necessary, prioritizing customer safety and best interests.
